Craig Pickering, Managing Director at 3C's Consulting, has over fifteen years experience in senior management, mostly in business development and change management environments, in addition to ten years in sales, sales management and product management. Craig has extensive experience in assessing business potential and human resources and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
His personal track record of successful Sales Management within diverse industries and environments means he is capable of providing a professional and successful service for your business.
He has achieved immediate results in sales, gross profit and business development across a variety of industries. These results are due to his innate ability to quickly assess a business and its environment and implement change that immediately benefits the business and its staff.
His experience includes senior management roles within Harvey Norman Commercial, Hagemeyer and Panasonic Australia. His industry experience covers retail, manufacturing, services, finance, insurance, wholesale, consumer electronics, IT and construction in both B2B and B2C roles.
He greatly enjoys assisting small to medium businesses to improve their profitability, efficiency and marketing.
Craig is an Associate Fellow with the Australian Institute of Management and a Certified Professional Manager. He is also an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Craig is also a tutor and lecturer in the School of Marketing at the University of South Australia.

Cheryl Pickering holds a first-class honours degree in psychology, and has extensive experience as an advocate as well as in counselling, managing volunteers and working with people in the field of disability. She is a partner in 3C’s Consulting, providing seminars and fieldwork in cultural change within social and business environments.
Cheryl also has a career as a performer, director and producer.
She is co-artistic director of Sixty-Minute Opera, an opera education programme in partnership with the State Opera of South Australia. In 2009 Cheryl devised and directed the acclaimed choral theatre production The Shouting Fence in the Adelaide Fringe Festival and produced and performed in the youth opera Daughter of the Sea in the Come Out Festival.
Cheryl combines her work in the fields of social change and the arts in her work as director of Inscape Productions, developing and performing innovative music theatre which explores specific social issues. She is currently producing Heartsong, a performance project for Arts in Health at the Flinders Medical Centre based on the experiences of patients on the Cardiac Care Unit. Heartsong will be developed into a DVD for the use of hospitals and patients.
