Terms & conditions
The baseline rules for evaluating and using Migration Analyst.
01 / Using the service
You may use Migration Analyst only for lawful data-migration analysis and in accordance with your organisation’s security, privacy and data-governance requirements.
02 / Your data
You retain ownership of information supplied to the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to process source schemas, samples and migration specifications.
03 / Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass safeguards, or use the service to process data in a way that infringes third-party rights.
04 / Availability
Prototype features may change and are provided for evaluation. Production commitments, service levels and support terms must be documented in a separate agreement.
05 / Liability
Migration output must be reviewed and tested before use. Final migration decisions and production execution remain the customer’s responsibility.
06 / Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued evaluation use afterward constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
07 / Termination
Evaluation access may be suspended or ended at any time during the prototype phase, including for misuse. Production term and termination provisions will be set out in a signed agreement.
08 / Governing law
Governing law and dispute resolution will be specified in production terms; no jurisdiction is designated during the evaluation phase.
